The purpose of the associate ministers is to make available to the pastor their abilities, gifts and services for the building of the Kingdom of God. They
- assist with ministerial responsibilities as directed by the senior pastor.
- participate in leading church worship services as directed by the pastor.
- assist the pastor with projects as requested.
- serve in a ministry utilizing their gifts and talents.
- support, encourage and uplift the pastor.
